Just Trains Return & Exchange Policy

Just Trains wants our customers to be satisfied with every purchase they make, which means that sometimes an item needs to be returned to us.

Return policies vary based on the item being returned:

  • New merchandise being returned, in the original packaging as purchased, unused and unopened, may be returned for purchase price.
  • Special Order merchandise and merchandise held on Layaway, may be returned for purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.
  • Previously owned, consignment merchandise and items marked final sale are only returnable if the item received is materially different than the item description.

Returns with a receipt will be allowed within 30 days of the delivery for refund or exchange.

Returns for merchandise that has been opened or used, purchases over 30 days from delivery, or without a receipt are subject to our approval for exchange only.

Freight charges are non-refundable and buyer pays return shipping.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the purchase.

  • Refunds to a credit card, debit card or Paypal are subject to a 5% credit card transaction fee.
  • Refunds of cash purchases greater than $100, may require the refund to be made by check mailed within 3 business days.
  • Refunds of purchases made by check will not be issued less than 10 days after the date of purchase. Refund will be issued by check mailed within 3 business days.

Exchanges may be done as a part of a single transaction, or may be issued as a Just Trains Gift Certificate.
